Choice Solver Guide

How to use the Zero Company Choice Solver

Search for an Operation or dilemma, then compare each available option side by side. The solver shows verified rewards, Bond changes, Influence, injury risk and supported follow-up consequences.

What can Zero Company choices affect?

Choices may affect resources, operator Bonds, Influence, injury risk, persistent campaign states, follow-up Operations, and sometimes mission availability.

The solver only displays consequences supported by the available game data.

How Bond changes work

Bond reactions can correspond to +20 for strong support, +10 for support, −10 for opposition and −20 for strong opposition when those values are defined by the decision.

How injury risk works in Zero Company

Standard scripted injury risks use four known probability levels: Low (20%), Medium (33%), High (50%) and Always (100%). Special scripted risk tags are labeled separately when they cannot be mapped to one of these standard values.

Choice Solver FAQ

Is there always a best choice?

No. Many decisions trade one reward or relationship outcome for another. The solver highlights which option is strongest for a specific goal rather than labeling one option universally best.

Can choices affect Bonds?

Yes. When a decision has verified Bond amounts, the solver shows who gains or loses Bond and whether that change is support or opposition.

Can choices unlock missions?

Some options add or reveal later missions or Operations. Those verified unlocks appear under long-term consequences rather than as a generic “best” tag.

Does the solver show injury risk?

Yes. Standard Low, Medium, High and Always values use 20%, 33%, 50% and 100%. Special scripted risk is marked unverified.

Are all consequences exact?

Verified rewards, Bond values and supported campaign effects are shown as Game Data. Derived relationships are marked separately, and any unresolved or inferred value is clearly labeled rather than presented as exact.

Does choosing an option here change my game?

No. The Choice Solver is a reference tool only. Selecting an option here does not modify your game or save file.
